Rev Dr. Christopher Ryan is a professional counselor and organizational consultant/trainer. He has been clinically practicing in behavioral health for 20 years, including private practice, group practice, community mental health, school counseling and residential care. Dr. Ryan has a Doctorate in Ministry, with a special focus in counseling and patoral teaching. He also has a Masters in Clinical Social Work, and is licensed with the NH Board of Mental Health as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. Chris is certified as an Employee Assistance Professional through the Employee Assistance Certification Commission (EACC), providing assessments, managerial consultation, organizational development and a wide range of services to employers for over 17 years. Chris is also a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), providing assessment and consultation to those that are covered under the Federal Dept of Transportation safety standards. Chris works with many businesses to provide consultation on fitness for duty and risk management concerns, and other HR issues. He is a sought after trainer and public speaker, as well as an ordained minister.
Chris was the Treasurer of the Granite State Employee Assistance Professionals Assocation for over 10 years, and an active part of the Executive Committee. He also frequently provides consultation, training and support to local clergy and Church leadership. Chris' is passionate in equipping others in the community to meet service needs.
Clients and customers describe Chris as "down to earth", feedback oriented, relational and a good self of humor. Chris has extensive post graduate study and experience in theology and Christian-based counseling and is able to provide an integrated approach to assist his clients looking for such service. He has been part of the New Life Ministries referral collaborative and the American Association of Christian Counselors for many years.

Chris has been active in the local Church and has directed men's ministry, developed and taught many adult courses, developed and spoken at retreats, and has preached over the years in several Churches. Chris is married with 3 beautiful daughers, and also enjoys his mischievous dachshund (who occasionally accompanies Chris to work). Chris plays and coaches basketball and soccer, enjoys wildlife and daily enjoys good laughter.
